Annual Meeting Notice & Board Nominations

• The Annual meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 7pm.  The 4th quarter meeting will directly follow the Annual meeting.

  The Westlake Richmond Board of Directors will have one opening for election at the annual meeting in November.  Board members are elected for two-year terms beginning on January 1 of the year following their election (January 1, 2027).  A proxy ballot listing all of the nominees for the open positions will be sent to all members prior to the annual meeting.  Each household gets one vote, which should be submitted via the proxy ballot once it is mailed.  The newly elected Board will determine officer positions for the coming year (president, vice president, and secretary) following the annual meeting in November.
  
  Homeowners may nominate themselves for the open Board positions.  All interested parties should complete the enclosed Nomination Form and return it to our Community Manager, Bekki Rice, via email at Bekki@acswest.org, or by mail to the address provided on the form.  CLICK HERE FOR FORM
  
  All applications must be received on or before Thursday, October 1, 2027.
