How to submit an Architectural Review Request:
1) Access the Portal: Click on this link: Home.acswest.org in Vantaca.
2) Navigate to Requests: On the dashboard, click on Requests in the navigation menu or the “New Request” button.
3) Select Request Type: Choose ARC Request from the options provided.
4) Fill in Details: Select your property, the type of work (Area of Work), and input details of your project.
5) Attach Documentation: Before clicking submit, select and upload the ARC form (available via Association - Documents), along with relevant documents, plans, or photos. Click here for ARC Application
